EORI and No Deal Brexit.

Economic Operator Registration and Identification (EORI) number

Economic Operator Registration and Identification (EORI) number allows European Union (EU) member states to trade with countries outside the EU.

At present the UK is a member of the EU, however if there is a no-deal Brexit, whereby the UK is no longer a member of the EU customs union, then UK companies will require an EORI number in order to make customs declarations in any EU member state.

Existing UK EORI numbers will remain valid in the event of a no-deal Brexit.
