Client Care Policy
Andrew Skinner is committed to delivering excellent client service and client care. This client care policy describes what this commitment means in practice and what my clients can expect from me.
I will endeavour to adhere to the principle of putting my clients first, thereby ensuring that service excellence is an integral part of the planning and delivery of all services to my clients.
In order to achieve client service excellence, I aim at all times to:
provide clients with a high quality, professional and consistent service;
act in accordance with the Solicitors Code of Conduct 2007 and other applicable regulatory requirements;
act in a respectful and courteous manner in all dealings with clients;
represent my clients best interest;
ensure effectively communication with our clients in an agreed preferred method; and
provide clear legal advice.
I will also ensure that all clients receive a client care letter, which sets out the terms of the clients instructions, and fully explains the level of service the client will receive. The client care letter also provides details of my fees as well as a procedure for dealing with any complaints.
I aim to continually improve my service, and value all client feedback. I may use various methods to gain feedback.
